  How to Order  
 
Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with United Furniture is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automically create an account when you place your first order online.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search THE Kitchen or Bedroom section for the style of bedroom or kitchen you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

Once the chosen style of kitchen/bedroom has been chosen select the components you require, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon on the right hand side of every page of our Web site.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, select the delete box and click the "delete" button next to the title. The item will be removed from your current Shopping cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart " section of your cart, click the "checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

4. Order Details

Enter all the necessary details on the order form and click “checkout”. A message appears giving you the chance to save your details so that all future orders will automatically bring your details.

5. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the checkout button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
The ordering system allows you to make several choices of method to pay.

By phone – 01282 448845

Print out the stock list and read each code to the person taking the order. Your credit card details will be taken down and your order will be processed within 2 working days. You will be sent an email confirming all details of your order as well as a letter of confirmation.

By Fax

Print out the stock list and fax it to 01282 448845 or click on the link to send it via your computer. You will be sent an email confirming your order as well as a letter of confirmation.

By Mail

Print out the stock list and send it to United furniture, 11, Rushwood St East, Burnley, Lancashire BB10 1XD, UK. If you are paying by cheque please insure that you register your letter. Payment must be cleared before confirmation of your order is accepted. Please allow an additional 5 working days.
